UDEX, a Financial Times Stock Exchange-listed data supply chain service, had an important, yet complex value proposition with little awareness in the United States.
The success and market penetration UDEX enjoyed in the UK and throughout Europe was proving difficult to repeat in the US.
A multi-pronged plan to rebrand and clarify the value proposition lead to a new website, logo, email newsletters, white papers, and webinars targeting decision makers in retail supply chain logistics.



The result was a huge win with the signing of Best Buy leading to the first commercial agreement with the largest CPG manufacturers of music and movies to apply the product data quality standards to their entire product assortments.
